Does it really make a difference what time of day you meditate?

Meditation connects you to your spiritual nature and greater awareness that we are all a part of. This will happen no matter what time of day or night that you meditate. Some people like to mediate in the morning when the light is new and the energy is fresh. Others like to meditate in the middle of the day to clear themselves. Meditating at twilight dusk enables you to clear the day from your consciousness so you can enjoy the evening and go to sleep in a clear state. Some like to meditate right before you go to sleep since this can clear you so you remember your dreams and can go out into the astral realm to create your next day when you are clear and focused. Short answer: Meditation works no matter what time of the day you meditate because it brings you into the NOW.
