Self-esteem is a catch all term for when you are a confident, dynamic, charismatic person who feels comfortable in your own skin. When you feel in charge of your destiny, can make decisions easily and feel you are a worthy person who deserves the good things in life you have good self-esteem. We are all born with the ability to feel good about ourselves. To feel deserving and to believe in our innate abilities. Somehow, from birth to now, many of us lose our faith and our connection with our true inner selves and so we fail to live up to our own inner expectations.
When you do not believe in yourself you cannot expect others to believe in your worth either.
In this seminar you will learn to find and release the blocks that have prevented you from connecting to your own true authentic loving self. You will learn to release the fears that bind you from touching your awesome self so you can once again be the decisive, certain, joyous and inspiring person you were always meant to be.
You will use skills to realign yourself to integrate your inner and outer personalities.
